| The transformation project of Shanghe-Jiyang section of Provincial Highway 248 is officially open to traffic |

Provincial Highway 248 is the important main line connecting the national Highway 220 and the provincial Highway 316, simultaneously also is one of the important channels that the two counties of Jiyang and Shanghe output their agricultural and subsidiary products. The transformation project of Provincial Highway 248 starts from the street intersection of the south by-pass (the provincial Highway 316 ) of Shanghe County capital till the national Highway 220 , with the full length of 33.7 kilometers, total investment 250 million Yuan. Within the boundaries of Shanghe, it is 16.6 kilometers, within the boundaries of Jiyang 17.1 kilometers. This project has been constructed with grade-one standard of plain micro earthen mound area, the computation driving speed 80 kilometers/hours; In the center there establishes 3-meter wide separation strip, the two carriages’ breadth respectively 12 meters. On the other day, this project was completely completed, and officially open to traffic on 7th.
