Deputy mayor and new President of the city’s Overseas Exchange Association Wang Tianyi pointed out at the fourth session of council that Jinan Oversea Exchange Fair lay stress on the key points, 1) take advantages of the widespread domestic and abroad relations to actively invite the industrial, technological, economic and trade projects needed by the economic and social development, and practically enhance the project docking quality and project settling rate. 2) strengthen the work at attracting overseas intelligence to serves for the modernization. Lay attracting the high level talents and the scarce talents among the overseas Chinese on a more prominent position to serve for the strategies of science and education to prosper the city and the talents to strengthen the city. 3) make efforts to create the pioneering environment of sincerely inviting the foreign nationals, warm-heartedly help the foreign nationals and legally protect the foreign nationals through the fruitful work to widely attract the overseas Chinese to Jinan for the exchange, cooperation, starting an undertaking and development, and unceasingly sharpen the ability to serves for the foreign nationals and the actual effect to serve for the economic development.
