After half a year’s efforts 26 public toilets have been upgraded and up to star-level standard in the scenic spots in Jinan. Each of them has an investment between 200,000 and 450,000 yuan. The city has 44 attractions with more than 100 toilets. Of them, 90 will be upgraded or rebuilt.
