A father in Zibo, Shandong Province, managed to stop the driver of a fast-moving truck Friday after he fled from a hit and run accident 30 km earlier.

The father surnamed He was carrying his wife and 14-year-old son on a motorcycle when a truck suddenly made an illegal turn and collided with their motorcycle.
