>In the next few years, China will continue to advance open recruitment of public institutions. Wang Xiaochu, deputy secretary of the Ministry of Personnel and Social Security pointed it out in the forum that if not necessary, new employees in the public institutions will be recruited openly, to insure the authority and >seriousness of open recruitment and ban the circumvention of requirement in open recruitment.

>Wang Xiaochu indicated that in the recent two years, we should pay close attention to the open recruitment of public institutions below county level. We should focus on the open recruitment of medical establishment such as public hospitals, health clinics in towns and townships and urban community health service centers in the combination with health system reform.

>Wang also pointed it out that from now on, in order to insure the justice of open recruitment system, the principle of justice should be obeyed in any process of open recruitment, illicit incidents such as internal recruitment, previously chosen people, prejudice, and cheat in exam should be banned. And challenge system, confidentiality system and collective decision-making system should be strictly executed. Corruption in the recruitment should be consistently fought. Illicit incidents and related people in charge should be severely punished.
