The scale of investment in fixed assets is expanding. The total investment in fixed assets is 85.69 billion yuan, an increase of 31.6%.
The investment in industry, education and social affairs has increased dramatically. The investment in industrial fixed assets is 35.23 billion yuan, an increase of 35.2%; the investment in education and social welfare is 7.89 billion yuan and 80 million yuan respectively, an increase of 96.8% and 95%; the investment in resident service and other service industries is 170 million yuan, an increase of 70.4%.
The proportion of non-state investment is increasing. The non-state owned economic sectors have an investment of 35.88 billion yuan, an increase of 46.3%. It accounts for 41.9% of the total social investment in fixed assets, an increase of 4.3%.
